CRYSTAL POWER & LIGHT COMPANY RETURN POLICY 

RETURN POLICY  - At Crystal Power & Light Company, we guarantee that our products meet or exceed the dimensions outlined in their descriptions on our website. If you or your recipients aren’t satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right. We are dedicated to the quality of each and every one of our artistic creations. From the cutting of our gemstones and crystals, to the carving and polishing of them, to crafting handmade jewelry, if it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t leave our studio. If you are unsatisfied with your product with regard to its quality, we will either issue a replacement product, or a credit, or a refund for the value of the product. You must notify us within seven (7) days of the receipt of the item to alert us of any dissatisfaction. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns/replacement of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 15 days of the original purchase date.  Return postage for non-defective products is the responsibility of the buyer.
