Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide via the shipping method you select. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we highly recommend that you have your order arrive several days prior to that date.

PICK-UP ORDERS
Crystal Power & Light Co. provides a free pick-up option at our Salem, Oregon studio and shop located at 100 Commercial Street NE.

RE-DELIVERY FEES
If a delivery attempt has been made, but is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, we will need to arrange for a re-delivery. We will contact you to schedule a re-delivery, and you will be charged for an additional delivery per our standard pricing information.
